Re: Ndasuunye
Well my name is not important since you won't ever meet me in real life so just announce me by my username. I like writing fanfic, drawing, hanging with friends, watching/reading anime/manga, sports and writing manga scripts. I also like maiking graphic art. I am a manga artist so yeah that is the result of loving drawing. I hope, no correction, will become a manga artist someday. I have many pictures but the problem is that I don't have a scanner so i can't show them off. I can show off my graphic art though. Anyway I live in America yet was born in Zimbabwe so yeah. Oh I forgot I like to play video games as well, yet I can't play as often as I please. What got me started on liking drawing was from watching the anime, Dragon Ball Z. Yeah Toriyama, Akira is my inspiration. The anime I like of course is the Dragon Ball series, Naruto Bleach, Death Note and many others (didn't really feel like naming a whole bunch). Well I hope this is sufficiant. Ja Ne.

Re: Ndasuunye
I'd be a terrible Manga artist, I'd probably do much better with story work instead, as I write nearly constantly. I'd like to be a voice actress though, even if just for something small. Unlike with the BAKA who did Zaku's voice, I think I'd to a GOOD job, and acctually give all the characters I voice a DIFFERENT sounding voice. Like Gaara's voice actor does. Listen to some of his other work. It's like its not the same person...
LOLZ! SHIKA! I can't beleive he was sent away to the north pole! I wan't him back! I can't end my show without him!

Voice acting
It's something I thought would be fun, for video games and anime. I'd have to do english acting though because my japanese is still poor. I could never be a manga artist though, my drawings are terrible and I often lose interest in my own plot lines. Haha
Re: Ndasuunye
THere is no possible way for you to make an anime in america. If you made an animation like it, it would simply be called a cartoon. The reason for this is because, anime is animation that is made in japan, not america. So you would be making a cartoon. So for those who thought Avatar: The Last Airbender was an anime, guess again.
Re: Ndasuunye
You've crushed my soul....I don't care if its considered a cartoon. the important part for me is to make an anime-style show that has a good plotline, wonderful voice actors(Frosty),looks like an anime show, ect ect. I just want to bring a little Japan into America, and I don't care if people don't see it and automatically think :Anime.

Re: Ndasuunye
calm down I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. I just wanted to clear that misinformation up. I am sorry if I offended you.
Actually
It could still be considered Anime and probably would by anime fans because of the style. Think of it this way, at Chapters they sell loads of Manga that are labeled manga and come from manga publishers but are created by North Americans and are released in America. They are American and still called Manga. In the end, everyone I know considers Anime a style and doesn't judge product by country.
Although the term was coined outside Japan to refer to animation imported from Japan, it is now used primarily in Japan, to refer to domestic animation; since anime does not identify the country of origin in Japanese usage, Japanimation is used to distinguish Japanese work from that of the rest of the world.
In other words, Anime has evolved into a more general term.

You know what
I've heard the best way to get someone to do something you want is to use threats of death/extreme violence... There's also the old buying a whip/riding crop trick... Just kidding...Or am I?*dramatic music*
Re: Ndasuunye

Re: Ndasuunye
Once, I bribed my sister into giving my money by promising to do her chores for a year...she's still doing her own chores...

Re: Ndasuunye
Bribe doesn't work either. Not even my dogs work on her! Or prommising her furry porn... and that ALWAYS works.
